WrightThings is all about healthy living and eating, with a focus on gluten-free, dairy-free, and food allergy friendly cooking, since food allergies are a part of our daily life.  

Our recipes only use the simplest, healthiest ingredients.  If you can’t pronounce something in it, you will never see it on this blog.

I am talking about allergy friendly food that’s so good, no one can tell they are eating allergy free and healthy!  

I developed many, many, life threatening food allergies as an adult.  I head to learn how to cook and eat all over again, and I’ve learned a lot around the way.

I’ve also never met a food or recipe I couldn’t adapt to meet my needs!  Everything you see on this site is gluten free, dairy free, and nut free at a minimum!  While I can tolerate baked eggs just fine, I’ve met many people who can’t.  That’s how I also accidentally became a vegan baker, so many recipes are vegan as well.

I also love to share the tips I have found along the way to make life easier, and help people learn more about the ingredients they are using, and better ways to do things.
