Notes

This recipe is very easy to customize to your diet or tastes, and it is super easy to make fried rice without soy sauce or sesame oil.
Feel free to add additional vegetables, just make sure they do not produce a lot of water when cooked, or it will make your fried rice soggy.
If you have an egg allergy, there's nothing wrong with leaving the eggs out!  You can also substitute with a vegan egg substitute.
When it comes to adding a meat or protein, just about anything you have leftover will go well.  Be sure your meat is cooked ahead of time, and chopped small.
